What is Tennis Sheffield?

Tennis Sheffield is a joint project between Sheffield City Council, Parks Tennis CIC and the Lawn Tennis Association (LTA). The aim is to encourage local residents to try tennis, by making court and coaching bookings as accessible and affordable as possible.

Coaching sessions for all ages and skill levels take place during the week, with more sessions being added every month. The subsidised cost makes it one of the most affordable ways to play and discover the sport

What part can I play?

Firstly - grab a racket and head down to your nearest tennis court (but remember to book online first, of course)! This programme is for you, and the coaching sessions and courts are low cost (and sometimes even free). Have a go, and see what you make of tennis.

Secondly - we would love to hear from you! The goal is to help people discover and enjoy tennis by making it easy to learn and improve on your local courts. So if you have any suggestions, comments or questions at all, we would love to hear from you. Use the form below to get in touch.
